Return Policy & Instructions

We get it, things don't always work out! We're here to help get it right! We offer Store Credit for returns. We do not issue refunds. Please reach out to us with any questions regarding sizing. Store Credit never expires. 

Please carefully review our Return or Exchange Policy and Instructions below before sending your item back.

  • All Bralettes, Bras, Leggings, Accessories, Wigs, and Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Items discounted 25% or greater will also be considered Final Sale. No exceptions.

  • Returns will be credited with an emailed store credit for the original purchase price.

  • The term "Final Sale" means an item can not be returned or exchanged. 

  • All returns must be received within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • Unworn, unwashed, unaltered items may be returned as long as the original tags are attached.

  • If items are returned appearing worn, with makeup, deodorant or animal hair on them, smelling of cigarette smoke or fragrances/odors, damaged, tags not attached, received beyond 30 days from the order date or that are Final Sale, they will not be accepted. We will contact you to pay for shipment back to you or we will donate them to charity after 30 days. 

  • All Sale Orders discounted 25% or greater are Final Sale and are not eligible for Return or Exchange. No Exceptions will be made.


Please note that an exchange is only for the exact same item in a different size/color. Be aware that our items often sell out very quickly!

  • Final Sale items are not eligible to be exchanged or returned.

  • Exchanges must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • The item you are returning must meet all of the return guidelines above.

  • Please send an email with your Exchange request of new size/color so that we may check inventory for your request - once verified we have the item in stock, we will pull it and await your return item.

  • Ship your return item back to us and we will process your exchange once we receive the returned item.

  • If we are currently sold out of the size/color you need, we are unable to process an exchange and you should refer to the Return instructions above.

Shipping back your order:

  • We do not provide free return shipping. 

  • Please ship returns to: 811 Main Street, Boonton, NJ, 07005

  • We don’t require a Return Authorization, but please include your original packing slip inside your return.

  • We are not responsible for any returns that may be lost or damaged in transit.

  • All returns will be processed within 1-5 business days after receipt. You will receive an email confirmation with your store credit once we have processed it.

Something Wrong?

Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately. 

  • If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise, you must email us within 3 days at so we may address the issue. 

  • We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period, have removed the tags, washed it or worn it. 

  • We inspect every single item to try to avoid such issues wherever possible.


We photograph each item and do our very best to display accurate colors, measurements, and patterns. Items with slight variances will not be considered defective, as each item may be a bit unique in pattern placement or colors.
